＜Terms of Use (Map Data)＞

Before engaging in the use of this website (“Website”) and the data contained and provided therein (“Data”), please ensure that you read in full the Website’s terms of use (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use constitute a valid and binding contract between Miyakonojo City and the user of the Website (“User”). We ask that the User agree to the Terms of Use before using the Data. Once the User accesses or makes use of the Data, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Ownership of Data and License Grant)
1.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that Zenrin Co., Ltd. and its licensees own copyright in and to the Data.
1.2 Miyakonojo City grants the User the following rights with regards to use of the Data to the extent permitted as “private use” under the copyright law of Japan. Furthermore, the User is granted no additional rights or licenses beyond those listed in the Terms of Use:
(i) The right to browse the Data displayed on the Website; and
(ii) The right to print out any portion of the Data displayed on the Website on a paper. (Any Data for which a printed copy is produced under the rights given in this clause is herein referred to as “Duplicates.”)

Article 2 (Restriction on use)
In using the Data, the User shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
(i) With the exception of usage expressly permitted in Article 1, the User shall not copy, print, transfer, extract, modify, update, adapt, send, or otherwise use the Data in whole or in part.
(ii) The User shall not distribute, share, sublicense, transfer, assign, rent, sell, make publicly available, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use the Data (including any copies, abstractions, modifications or derivatives thereof), whether with or without consideration.

Article 3 (Disclaimers)
The data shall be provided as is, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including any warranty of title, accuracy, or of non-infringement. Miyakonojo City does not warrant that the data will function uninterrupted or error free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the data. In no event will Miyakonojo City be liable to the User for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to this agreement, whether direct or indirect, including, but not limited to, lost revenue or profit, and special, incidental or consequential damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability. The User assumes total responsibility for their use of the data.

Article 4 (Modification, Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For the purposes of carrying out regular maintenance and inspections of the Website, Miyakonojo City reserves the right to temporarily suspend any portion or all of the services provided.
4.2 In any of the following cases, Miyakonojo City reserves the right to temporarily suspend provision of all or any portion of the Data on the Website without prior notice to the User:
(i) When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of the Website;
(ii) When operation of the Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes, or any other such force majeure;
(iii) When Miyakonojo City deems that temporary interruption of the Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv) When operation of the Website becomes impossible due to malfunction or other such impairment to functions of the Website.
4.3 Miyakonojo City reserves the right to cease operation of the Website at any time at Miyakonojo City’s sole discretion.

Article 5 (General Terms)
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed to be in accordance with the laws of Japan, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.

Article 6 (Language)
The Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both the Japanese and English languages. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

＜地図利用規約＞
本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と都城市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。
第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．都城市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。
第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2)有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。
第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと及び都城市はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。
第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．都城市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．都城市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 都城市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．都城市は、都城市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
